Health Membership & Risk Analyst

Gaborone, Botswana

Alpha Direct Insurance is on the hunt for a Health Membership & Risk Analyst.

A unicorn who lives for clean data, has a soft spot for structure, and does not break a sweat when juggling client onboarding, policy admin, and risk checks before their morning coffee.

We are not looking for someone who is “just okay” with details. No. We want someone who will spot a misplaced decimal faster than you can say “preliminary risk assessment.”

    • Guide individual and corporate clients through the application and onboarding process.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and brokers to ensure smooth group onboarding and registration in the system (Graphite).
    • Assist in meeting quarterly sales conversion KPIs (target: 15%).

    • Accurately input and verify client and group data in the Graphite system.
    • Maintain data quality standards for client information, documentation, and uploads.

    • Calculate premium quotes using underwriting guidelines and system tools.
    • Recommend underwriting decisions for approval by the General Manager.
    • Prepare client files for final review, ensuring completeness and regulatory compliance.

Client Support & Documentation Management

    • Respond to client queries regarding policies, onboarding, and documentation.

This full-time role is based in beautiful Gaborone and reports to our General Manager in Health (they are great, by the way). It’s a hybrid gig—part people-person, part data-sheriff, part operational ninja.

Because grown-ups apply on time, Closing date 30th April 2025.
