ROLE SUMMARY
As a Call Centre Agent, you will help customers understand our products, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure every interaction with Alpha Direct is professional and helpful.
You will work with modern customer platforms, digital systems, and AI-assisted tools that help you deliver faster responses and better service.
You will report to the Call Centre Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the guidance of the Call Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls while delivering professional, efficient, and friendly service
- Assisting customers with queries related to Alpha Direct’s insurance products, policies, and services
- Using digital systems, customer platforms, and AI-assisted tools to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately
- Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
- Identifying recurring customer concerns and helping improve how we respond to them
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a professional and supportive service environment

REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Customer Service, Business, or a related field
- Certificate of Proficiency in Short-Term Insurance will be an added advantage
- 1–2 years experience in a customer support or call Centre environment
- Fluency in English and Setswana
